Over the past 25+ years, I have built a diverse career spanning coaching, team ownership, sales, management, scouting, and sports media.

1. Coaching (15+ Years) - My career began in coaching, where I spent more than a decade developing athletes and shaping teams. This experience gave me a deep understanding of both the athletic and operational sides of sports.
2. Team Ownership (3 Years) - As owner and operator of a women's minor league basketball organization (WMLBA), I learned the realities of running a sports enterprise - from contract negotiations to team building - and developed skills in marketing, sponsorship, and event management.
3. Scouting - My passion for identifying and developing talent led me to Synergy Sports Technology, where I served as a video scout for five years. This role sharpened my ability to evaluate players, assess potential, and provide constructive feedback to athletes, coaches, and executives.
4. Sports Media & Management (8 Years) - As Business Manager for SportsTalk2319, I've overseen public relations, business operations, and brand growth, gaining first-hand experience in sports journalism, broadcasting, and PR strategy.
